What's my personal view on life you may ask?

What's my personal view on life you may ask?

I work by an older standard.

One that values proportion over extremes, capability over spectacle, and steadiness over urgency. I believe a life holds together best when nothing is overindulged and nothing is ignored. When the body is trained, the mind is sharpened, and the hand remains capable.

My work sits at the intersection of craft, physical practice, and attention. Not as separate pursuits, but as parts of a single discipline. I am not interested in optimization for its own sake, nor in specialization that narrows a person. I value range, held to a standard.

What you see here is not a performance or a philosophy to be sold. It is a record of practice. Finished work. Maintained strength. Sustained focus. The long view.

The rule is simple and demanding:

Nothing in excess. Nothing neglected.

Everything else follows.
